01Definitions

In these Terms, the following words have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise. Understanding these definitions will help you read the rest of the winpkr11 Terms clearly.

02Eligibility & Registration

To register and use winpkr11 you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. winpkr11 does not accept members under the age of 18 under any circumstances. We may request proof of age at any point and will suspend accounts where age cannot be confirmed.
• You are a resident of Pakistan. winpkr11 is designed and operated for use by Pakistani residents. Access from other jurisdictions is not permitted and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person. Creating an account for someone else, or allowing another person to use your winpkr11 account, is prohibited.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from winpkr11 or placed yourself under a self-exclusion arrangement that remains active.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor or immediate family member of winpkr11 staff.

During registration you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and a valid email address. winpkr11 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided during or after registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

03Account Rules

Each person may hold one winpkr11 account only. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. winpkr11 uses technical and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and any balance may be forfeited.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your winpkr11 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact winpkr11 support immediately at support@winpkr11.ws. winpkr11 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have shared your credentials or failed to take reasonable precautions.

winpkr11 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion where:

• There is reason to believe the account has been used for fraudulent or abusive activity
• The account holder is found to have breached these Terms
• The account holder requests closure under the self-exclusion or responsible gaming policy
• winpkr11 is required to do so by law or regulation

On closure of an account for non-prohibited reasons, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after verification. Bonus funds are forfeited on closure in all circumstances.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on winpkr11 are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted on the winpkr11 platform:

• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• JazzCash mobile wallet
• NayaPay digital wallet
• SadaPay digital wallet
• IBFT bank transfer from any Pakistani commercial bank
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards (Pakistani-issued)

The minimum deposit at winpkr11 is Rs 500. Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment provider. winpkr11 does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges — winpkr11 is not responsible for third-party fees.

The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests are processed to your registered payment method — you cannot withdraw to a method you have not deposited with. Standard processing times are as follows:

• Bronze and Silver VIP members: within 30 minutes during operating hours
• Gold VIP members: within 15 minutes on a priority basis
• Diamond VIP members: instant, 24 hours a day

winpkr11 may request KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Members must submit a valid CNIC or other acceptable government identification. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal delays until verification is completed. winpkr11 reserves the right to limit or withhold withdrawals where fraud, money laundering or bonus abuse is suspected pending investigation.

05Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all markets on winpkr11 unless specific market rules state otherwise. winpkr11 publishes sport-specific rules in the relevant sections of the platform and those rules take precedence over these general rules where they differ.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once winpkr11 has accepted it and issued a confirmation with a unique bet reference. Bets shown as "Pending" are not yet confirmed.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum stakes and maximum payout limits apply per market and are displayed in the bet slip. winpkr11 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• Odds changes: Odds may change between bet selection and bet placement. If odds change before acceptance, you may be offered the new odds or your bet may be returned depending on your price change settings.
• Void bets: Bets may be voided by winpkr11 where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or where a pricing error has clearly occurred. Void bets are returned to your balance at the original stake amount.
• In-play betting: In-play bets are subject to additional delay between placement and acceptance to reflect real-time event developments. winpkr11 does not guarantee acceptance of all in-play bets.
• Results: winpkr11 settles bets based on official result sources. Where an official result is not available, winpkr11 will use the most reliable available source at its discretion.

winpkr11 reserves the right to void, limit or refuse any bet where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns, exploitation of system errors, or where winpkr11 has reason to believe the integrity of a market has been compromised. These decisions are made at winpkr11's sole discretion and are final.

06Bonuses & Promotions

winpkr11 offers a range of promotional bonuses for new and existing members. All bonuses at winpkr11 are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• One bonus per member: Each promotional offer at winpkr11 is available once per member, per household, per device and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses at winpkr11 carry a wagering requirement — the number of times bonus funds must be staked before they can be withdrawn as real money. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion terms. Where no wagering requirement is stated, the bonus is credited as real money directly.
• Eligible games: Not all games at winpkr11 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100%. Casino games contribute at varying rates as specified per promotion. Some games may be excluded entirely from wagering requirement calculations.
• Expiry: Bonus funds expire after the period stated in each promotion's specific terms. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are forfeited automatically.
• Withdrawal order: Real money in your winpkr11 balance is used first when betting. Bonus funds are used after real money is exhausted.
• Abuse: winpkr11 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of abuse, collusion, irregular betting patterns or use of strategies designed to generate guaranteed profit regardless of outcome.

winpkr11 may amend, withdraw or suspend any promotion at any time. Members who have already opted into a promotion at the time of any change will be treated under the terms active at the time of opt-in unless the change is required for legal compliance reasons.

07VIP Club

The winpkr11 VIP Club is a loyalty programme with four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond. All registered winpkr11 members are automatically enrolled at Bronze tier on account creation at no additional cost. Progression through tiers is based on accumulated VIP points earned from qualifying betting activity.

• VIP points are earned on qualifying stakes across sports betting, casino games and live casino at rates published on the VIP Club page.
• Points balances and tier status are reviewed on a rolling 30-day basis. If activity falls below the threshold required to maintain a tier, the account may be moved to the appropriate lower tier at the next review.
• VIP benefits including cashback, free spins, dedicated account management and withdrawal priority are subject to the specific tier conditions published at /vip-club.
• Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses during the Monday-to-Sunday period and credited every Monday. Cashback credited through the VIP programme is real money with no wagering requirement unless stated otherwise.
• winpkr11 reserves the right to amend, suspend or discontinue the VIP Club at any time with reasonable notice to active VIP members.

08Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the winpkr11 platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, legal action:

• Registering or maintaining more than one winpkr11 account
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Using software, bots, scripts or automated systems to interact with winpkr11 betting markets or games
• Exploiting technical errors, system glitches or pricing mistakes on winpkr11 for profit
• Placing bets in coordination with other members to guarantee outcomes or manipulate winpkr11 markets (collusion)
• Using winpkr11 for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime
• Allowing a person under 18 years of age to access or use your winpkr11 account
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming tools or self-exclusion measures
• Using winpkr11 from a jurisdiction where its use is prohibited
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after losing bets

09Responsible Gaming

winpkr11 is committed to providing a safe and responsible betting environment. Betting should be an entertaining activity. When it starts causing financial or personal harm, that is a problem winpkr11 takes seriously. The following tools are available to all members through their account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Once set, a lower limit takes effect immediately. Increases to limits take 24 hours to apply.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play to help you stay aware of time spent on winpkr11.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily restrict your access to winpkr11 for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During this period your account remains open but you cannot deposit or bet.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or temporarily close your winpkr11 account. winpkr11 will use reasonable efforts to prevent re-registration during an active self-exclusion period.

If you are concerned about your gambling habits or those of someone close to you, winpkr11 recommends speaking to a trusted adult or seeking support. The minimum age to use winpkr11 is 18. winpkr11 will close any account where the member is found to be under 18 and report the matter where required by law.

10Privacy & Data

winpkr11 collects, stores and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By creating a winpkr11 account you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy at /privacy-policy.

winpkr11 will use your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations and, with your consent, send you promotional communications. winpkr11 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with service providers who assist winpkr11 in operating the platform — for example, payment processors and KYC verification services — under appropriate data protection arrangements.

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data by contacting support@winpkr11.ws. Certain data may be retained beyond account closure for legal compliance purposes including anti-money laundering record-keeping requirements.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the winpkr11 platform — including but not limited to the winpkr11 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game content and software — is the intellectual property of winpkr11 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the winpkr11 platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any winpkr11 content without prior written permission from winpkr11.

12Limitation of Liability

winpkr11 provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winpkr11 excludes all warranties, conditions and representations, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors.

winpkr11 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Technical failures, server downtime, connectivity issues or interruptions to the winpkr11 platform beyond our reasonable control
• Losses resulting from bets placed during a period of pricing error, subject to the void bet provisions in Section 5
• Unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Any indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of winpkr11

Nothing in these Terms limits winpkr11's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Pakistani law. winpkr11's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited to your winpkr11 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13Changes to Terms

winpkr11 may amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, winpkr11 will notify registered members by email or through an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will be published at winpkr11.ws/terms-conditions with the revised effective date shown at the top of the document.

Your continued use of the winpkr11 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should close your account before the changes take effect. Existing confirmed bets will be settled under the Terms in force at the time they were placed.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors or formatting changes that do not affect your rights — may be made at any time without advance notice.

winpkr11 will endeavour to resolve all member disputes within 5 business days of receiving a written complaint. For disputes regarding bet settlements, please provide your bet reference number, the event details and a description of the issue. winpkr11 will review the relevant records and provide a written decision. The decisions of winpkr11 on bet settlement matters are final once the investigation is complete and communicated to the member.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which winpkr11 operates. Any legal proceedings relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts applicable to winpkr11's operating jurisdiction.
